Step 1: Hotel Pickup & Transfer

- En Route: Travel from Cancun or Riviera Maya deep into the jungle to Dos Palmas, an ecological reserve and traditional Mayan community located approximately 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen.
Step 2: The Purification & Temazcal Ritual (Dos Palmas Reserve)
- Duration: 4 Hours
- Upon arrival, your specialized guide introduces you to ancient Mayan customs. You will meet the local Shaman for a purification introduction before entering the Temazcal—a sacred steam bath representing the womb of Mother Earth, heated by volcanic stones to facilitate a physical and spiritual reset. Following the sweat lodge, cool down with a rejuvenating swim in a crystal-clear, freshwater cenote.
Step 3: Mayan Community Visit & Traditional Dinner
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Discover the daily life of a true Mayan village. Walk through the community, see their traditional homes, learn about their jungle cooking techniques, and browse local handicrafts. The evening concludes with a delicious, authentic regional dinner shared with a local family.
